Academic Qualifications and Requirements
Professor (CONUASS 7):
- Ph.D with at least 12 years of university teaching or cognate experience and a strong publication record, including foreign indexed journals.
- Engineering and Applied Sciences require higher publication output, with allowance for patents and technical reports.
Associate Professor (CONUASS 6):
- Ph.D with a minimum of 9 years’ experience and evidence of sustained scholarly output.
Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 5):

- Ph.D with journal publications or Master’s degree with additional published research.
