Responsibilities
The Chef/Pastry Chef will:
- Prepare local and continental meals.
- Prepare pastries, desserts, and baked products.
- Produce croissants, cakes, breads, and other pastry items.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
