Responsibilities

- Following up with students to encourage continued engagement.
- Gathering student feedback and sharing useful insights with the team.
- Assisting with student-focused content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Creating content around exams, study challenges, productivity, campus life and AI learning.
- Supporting simple video shoots, interviews, voiceovers and recordings.
- Monitoring student trends and identifying content opportunities.
- Testing platform features and providing feedback from a student perspective.
- Identifying common student questions and challenges.
- Working with product, marketing and content teams to improve the student experience.
