Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts, creative territories, mood boards, and campaign routes from briefs.
- Lead design execution across digital, social, print, and other campaign platforms.
- Review and refine creative work to maintain design quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Content, Strategy, Account, and Production teams on integrated campaigns.
- Direct photoshoots, productions, and other creative executions when required.
- Guide, coach, and review junior creatives.
- Coordinate creative workloads and project delivery.
- Explore emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools.
- Support creative presentations and client reviews.
- Deliver creative projects within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Strong skills in art direction, graphic design, visualization, and concept development.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong creative portfolio.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, and AI tools.
