Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve product experiences.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Design complete user journeys that meet user needs and business goals.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Design responsive interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
- Work with Product Managers to define project requirements and scope.
- Collaborate with Engineers to maintain design quality during implementation.
- Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to improve designs.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and UI design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Principle, or ProtoPie.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of iOS, Android, and web platform guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is an advantage.
- Fintech or payments experience is an added advantage.
